Accelerate Enterprise Value: Preparing Your Middle Market Company to Scale, Raise Capital, or Sell

    November 4, 2026 | 11 a.m. EST | 10 a.m. CST | 9 a.m. MST

As middle-market companies approach critical inflection points—whether scaling rapidly, raising capital, pursuing an acquisition, or preparing for a potential sale—the challenge shifts from simply driving growth to proving the business is ready for its next stage. Investors and buyers are not only evaluating revenue. They are assessing whether the organization has the leadership, operating discipline, financial visibility, and execution infrastructure required to scale and consistently deliver results.

This practical workshop focuses on three value-critical areas that strengthen enterprise value and investor confidence:

    • A clear business roadmap aligned with growth goals
    • Reliable data, performance visibility, and disciplined decision-making
    • A scalable leadership, organizational, and human capital structure
Participants will gain tips and tools to explore how to move beyond fragmented informal decision-making and disconnected initiatives toward an integrated operating model supported by strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and execution discipline.

    Who Should Attend:

Founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams looking for a clear, actionable path to transform the operating model, elevate performance visibility, and deliver a high-performing business that realizes its full enterprise value.
